Peaceful Paddyhaus

The Peaceful Paddyhaus was created in collaboration with our clients, A&S, and designed and built by Doi Saket Properties in Nong Yaeng, San Sai. The home is located in a beautiful rural setting, surrounded by rice paddies and offering stunning green mountain views visible from every room. The clients wanted a home with a clean, modern design that would be easy to maintain, while incorporating some European-style features. The result is a thoughtfully designed floor plan centered around a spacious open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The primary bedroom suite includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom with both a separate bathtub and shower. Two additional bedrooms share a convenient Jack-and-Jill-style bathroom. Additional spaces include a Thai-style kitchen, a laundry and storage room, and a guest toilet near the main entrance. For enjoying indoor-outdoor living, the home features a large north-facing front patio that offers incredible views and will eventually overlook a swimming pool.
