Baan Na Khao (Rice Paddy House)

Baan Na Khao (Rice Paddy House) is a truly special renovation project brought to life together with our clients, J&E, and the team at Doi Saket Properties. Set on a unique “peninsula” of land surrounded by rice paddies and mountain views, the original holiday home already had some character: especially its beautiful (though timeworn) teak ceilings, columns, and details. From the beginning, our clients saw the opportunity to turn it into something exceptional.

The vision was to create a relaxed yet luxurious home, with an expanded main house, comfortable guest spaces, a peaceful yoga studio, and inviting indoor and outdoor areas for gathering and entertaining. A new swimming pool was carefully placed to take full advantage of the incredible views, tying the whole property together.

Working closely with J&E throughout the process, we tackled a range of design and construction challenges and shaped the home step by step into what it is today: a unique, welcoming space that feels both refined and connected to its surroundings.
